When you submit a booking request, we collect the details you provide in the form, including your name, email address, date of birth, gender, contact number, preferred reading type, available date and time, and payment account name.

If you contact us through email, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, those platforms may also process your information under their own privacy policies.

We use your booking details to respond to your request, confirm availability, prepare for your session, and support payment or scheduling follow-up.

We may also use technical request information, such as IP address, to protect the booking form from spam, abuse, and excessive submissions.

Booking submissions are forwarded through Resend so the business can receive your request by email.

Upstash Redis is used for distributed rate limiting on booking submissions. Cloudinary may serve tarot card images and other public media assets.

We only ask for information needed to handle booking and contact requests. Please do not submit passwords, banking credentials, account numbers, or other sensitive secrets through the booking form.

We do not sell your personal information. Access to booking messages is limited to the business contact handling your request.

You can contact us to ask about your booking information, request corrections, or ask us to delete booking details that are no longer needed for service follow-up.

Some information may remain in email records or service-provider logs for operational, security, or legal reasons.
